Fees and charges – 2025
Bendigo Calisthenic Club is a not-for-profit organisation. We aim to provide a fun, affordable activity for you and/or your child. Our fees and charges cover costumes, hall and other venue hire, medals/certificates, coaching wages, team building weekend (previously camp weekend), mid-year rehearsal, professional group photo, yearbook, concert and costs towards presentation night.

Upon registration you will have the option to select full upfront payment of club fees along with CV registration or a payment plan structure. If choosing a payment plan structure, you will need to select in the registration form the frequency of these payments. There will be the option of 2, 4 or 6 equal payments which will be scheduled evenly for payment with all fees due by the 5th October 2025. If you require a payment plan with smaller, more frequent payments, please select 6 payments and then email the club treasurer at the club email to discuss your needs.
A family discount applies for second and each subsequent member in the club (excluding recreational masters). Please use the code ‘Family’ in the discount section when registering the second/subsequent family members. The use of this discount will be monitored and if incorrectly applied will be amended by the club.
The $90 CV registration fee includes insurance cover for classes and competitions. This payment is required to be paid once your two free come and try classes are done in order for you to be covered by insurance for classes and competitions.
